Specialized in retail sales, Ken Kellerhals, who owned and spent nearly 20 years building Bissinger’s Chocolates into a national gourmet chocolate empire (and current owner of Sauer Frau Squeezable Sauerkraut), launched PCS Gourmet Foods to help small food and beverage brands navigate the often complex landscape of bringing products to market. While he and an experienced national sales team sell products into retailers across the country – from large grocers to specialty markets to department stores to convenience chains to airlines – whatever you do, DON’T CALL THEM BROKERS! Ken, in particular, detests the term. It fails to capture the true value of his company, which is really in business consulting and sales strategy – a dimension that you’ll never find with a traditional broker or distributor.

Beyond sales strategy and management, PCS helps companies with business planning, pricing strategy, logistics, packaging, and they even manage their own warehouse, centrally located in St. Louis, MO, with a pick-and-pack operation for distribution of product to support both retail and online sales.
