Apple Puff Pastry

 1 Puff pastry (any brand)
 5 Medium apples (choose an apple that fits a flavor profile that you like, I used honeycrisp)
 1 tbsp Salted butter
 1 tbsp Raw sugar

Unwrap puff pastry and follow directions on thawing and preheating the oven

Once thawed roll over dough lightly with rolling pin to smooth out folds, cut into 3x3 in pieces and bake according to directions.

Peel and dice apples into small pieces

Heat skillet and combine butters

Once melted add apples and sugar

Sauté until apples are al dente, and add sugar or extra cinnamon to taste.

Once apples are ready split the puff pastries and place apples on the bottom half, then place the top half on the the apples and serve.
