Our Sauer Frau Chocolate cake is made with Bavarian Sauerkraut, which makes this the most moist cake imaginable (sounds wild, but it’s SO good!). It was accompanied by a chocolate caramel sauce, with orange oil and finely ground Brainwashed coffee, a raspberry coulis, and topped with a fresh raspberry and a single mint leaf.

Our trio of mini-flatbreads allowed us to feature 8 different Upstart Food Brands products in unique and exciting ways. They included: (1) Sugo with Smoked Salmon and Capers, (2) Cuban Style Black Bean Hummus with Mojo Chicken, and (3) Banh Mi with Quick Pickled Veggies and Spicy Mayo.

Our Haymaker Wellness Punch packs a wallop! Full of complex flavor, the apple cider vinegar from the Haymaker Immunity Tonic cuts through, but the other ingredients balance the drink for a refreshing, totally unique cocktail that’s sure not to disappoint!
